Each session generally begins with a clearing of the energy body. Since dense energies are what blocks or obscures our ability to see with greater clarity, these are cleared first. This also makes the system more receptive to the transmission.
Once the energy body feels more clear, a base transmission of a Divine frequency will begin to flow through. This base transmission can take any form, depending on what is most needed by your individual energy field. I act as a channel for this energy, and I tell you what the energy is doing at each step as it works through your system.
Generally, the frequencies that emerge as the base transmission are of an origin beyond the Earthly veil. This means that they carry with them a transcendental sense of clarity as to the nature of reality and its inherent interconnectedness, peace and safety. Each private session begins with 15 minutes of settling in and receiving any initial guidance, followed by 30 minutes of deep, personalized energy transmission and Reiki healing.
