Book a session
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
You may find what you are looking for here.
The transmission works with whatever is present in your energy field at the time of the session. It can support the clearing of stored or stuck energies, the uncovering of unconscious patterns, and a deeper recognition of your own nature. Some people experience greater clarity, ease, or a sense of coming home to themselves. Others notice shifts in long-held emotional patterns or a deepening of their spiritual process. The work is cumulative, and its effects tend to deepen over time.
This work is not offered as a medical treatment and is not a substitute for professional medical care. That said, the physical, emotional and energetic bodies are deeply interconnected, and shifts in the energy field can sometimes be felt in the physical body. Some people do report physical changes following sessions, though this cannot be promised or predicted. If you are dealing with a physical condition, this work is best approached as a complement to, rather than a replacement for, medical support.
There is no fixed answer to this, as it depends on where you are in your process and what you are working with. Some people come regularly, finding that consistent sessions support a steady deepening. Others come in periods of intensity or transition, and then take time to integrate. The work itself will often give you a sense of when you are ready for the next session. That said, if you are new to this work, starting with a few sessions reasonably close together can help you get a feel for the process and build momentum.
The most important thing you can bring to a session is openness. Coming with a rough sense of what is present for you, or what you feel drawn to explore, can be a helpful starting point. During the session, simply allow yourself to receive. You don't need to do anything, figure anything out, or make anything happen.
Integration is a natural part of the process and continues in the days following a session. Giving yourself some quiet time after a session can be supportive, as can spending time in nature, journaling, or simply resting. Avoid the urge to immediately intellectualise or analyse what came up. The energy continues to work after the session ends, and sometimes the most significant shifts become clear in the days that follow rather than immediately. Being gentle with yourself and staying present to your experience is the most supportive thing you can do.
This is one of the trickier questions to answer, because the work doesn't always announce itself in obvious ways. Some people feel sensations in the body, emotions rising and passing, or a tangible shift in energy during the session. Others notice more subtle signs in the days that follow, such as a greater sense of ease, something that felt heavy feeling lighter, or an unexpected clarity around something they had been stuck on. Sometimes the sign that the work is working is simply that life begins to feel a little different, even if you can't quite put your finger on why.
There is no elaborate preparation needed. Coming to the session hydrated and in a quiet, comfortable space where you won't be disturbed makes a practical difference. Beyond that, taking a few moments beforehand to settle and turn your attention inward can be a helpful way to arrive. If something has been on your mind or in your heart that you'd like to bring to the session, you might let yourself sit with that before we begin.
Yes, absolutely. This work sits comfortably alongside other healing modalities, whether that is therapy, bodywork, meditation, or other energetic practices. In fact, many people find that the transmission deepens and accelerates work they are already doing elsewhere. The main thing to be mindful of is giving yourself enough space to integrate, especially if you are engaging with several practices at once. If you are working with a lot simultaneously, it is worth checking in with yourself about what your system can absorb at any given time.
Absolutely. While many people who find their way to this work already have some familiarity with spirituality or energetic practices, no specific prior experience is needed. The transmission meets you exactly where you are, and your system will receive what it is ready for.
Yes. Time is set aside at the end of each session to reflect on what came up and to ask any questions or talk about anything that arose during the healing.
The transmission is gentle by nature and works with what your system is ready for. That said, energy work can sometimes bring buried emotions or experiences to the surface as part of the clearing process, which can feel temporarily uncomfortable or disorienting. This is generally a sign that something is moving and integrating rather than anything to be alarmed by. However, if you are navigating significant psychological challenges or feel overwhelmed during the process, it’s best to prioritize your well-being. Rest, hydrate, ground yourself, and consider stepping back from transmissions until you feel more stable and ready to engage with the work. Always listen to your inner guidance and seek professional support if needed.
