In one-on-one sessions, we aim to listen to and work with your unique energetic blueprint. The sessions are collaborative - we often begin with an intention, or a specific pattern you're currently moving through or something you are working toward, as our starting point. I tune in to your energy body and work the transmission through it, allowing the energy to heal, clear and return the energy body to its own intelligence. I guide you throughout the session, telling you what I am working with at each step. The energy transmission lasts for 45 minutes, leaving some room to talk about the session.
